WHAT IS OUR RETREAT ABOUT?
The DoubleYou retreat is an initiation process into female leadership.
It is an invitation for women to join a tribe in which we regularly share, plan, kick a** and support each other as we build the lives we want on our own standards.
The retreat is the "kick off" of this journey.
It takes place in a 3 days immersive experience in which women connect to their professional and personal vision and experience different methodologies, tapping into soul, body and mind, that gives them access to their internal and most powerful resources they need in order to reach their goals. We will always design processes that aspire to merge the fabricated polarities: Body and Mind, Practical and Spiritual, Masculine and Feminine. We have seen that the separation causes pain and confusion, whereas when we experience wholesomeness, we feel alive and awake. By the end of this process, you can feel energized, focused, clear, accountable and backed by a tribe. Your tribe.

WHAT IS PLANNED?
Coming to Double You is a leap of faith.
We intentionally design this experience to arise your body and soul, balancing between the masculine and feminine sides of the brain. We will combine classic & experimental business methodologies and create a once in a lifetime adventure that will support both your personal and professional growth: from building our business plan, to participating in the red tent, from realizing our "zone of genius" to practicing the power of the sisterhood, from our relationship with money and negotiation to the power of our body.
WHO IS IT FOR?
WOMEN WITH A BURNING DESIRE TO TAKE THEIR LEADERSHIP TO THE NEXT LEVEL: FINDING THEIR UNIQUE VOICE AND ACCESSING THEIR POWER.
The first stage of the workshop helps women to disrupt their old narratives and give space for a new story to emerge.
We will go beyond the common rules of the default environment which often doesn’t allow our unique voice to be heard.
During the retreat we will explore the events that have made and shaped us into the women we are and we will reinvent the way we share ourselves with the world.
WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
The price covers your delicious food and beautiful rooms (you will be sharing a room with other women), content facilitated by an incredible team, professional materials. Most importantly, it is a commitment to yourself, who you want to become and what you want to do. After the retreat, you join the Double You tribe which includes entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders. As part of the community, you are invited to attend monthly meetings and participate in our give-forward initiatives, in which we support underprivileged girls to build a career and reimagine their future selfs based on their real desires beyond the constraints.

ANY HEALTH RESTRICTIONS?
We are mindful and respect health precautions due to the past Corona pandemic and any further health collective restrictions. We will adhere to the health measures relevant at the time of the retreat.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel your participation a month prior to the retreat - 10% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation two weeks prior to the retreat - 50% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 1 week prior to the retreat - 70% of your total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 3 days prior to the retreat - 100% of your total amount will be charged.
