The DoubleYou Retreat is 3 days immersive for women to connect to their professional and personal vision and access to their internal and most powerful resources in order to redesign and build their lives as they deserve and turn on their wildness.
With over 10 years of experience, this experience has proven to be an an initiation process into female leadership and an invitation to join a tribe with hundreds of women in which we regularly share, plan, kick a** and support each other tapping into soul, body and mind. We have designed processes that aspire to merge the fabricated polarities: Body and Mind, Practical and Spiritual, Masculine and Feminine. We have seen that the separation causes pain and confusion, whereas when we experience wholesomeness, we feel alive and awake. By the end of this process, you can feel energized, focused, clear, accountable and backed by a tribe. Your tribe.

Our circles are groups from our tribe that gather regularly to share, mastermind, set goals and support each other to manifest them. The circles are led by group members and are guided by the same principles and mission
NO PHONE
Participants must go “off the grid”, leaving their cellphones aside and disconnected from the internet for these 3 days.
SAME OUTFIT
Participants all wear the same clothes, allowing them to focus their energies on what really matters.
EQUALITY
All participants are equal - there are no mentors in our process, we all learn from one another.
NO NETWORKING
Participants do not talk about their professional background until the last day.

We intentionally design this experience to arise your body and soul. We will combine classic & experimental business methodologies and create a once in a lifetime adventure that will support both your personal and professional growth: from building our business plan, to participating in the red tent, from realizing our "zone of genius" to practicing the power of the sisterhood, from our relationship with money and negotiation to the power of our body.
WHO IS IT FOR?
WOMEN WITH A BURNING DESIRE TO TAKE THEIR LEADERSHIP TO THE NEXT LEVEL: FINDING THEIR UNIQUE VOICE AND ACCESSING THEIR POWER.
The first stage of the workshop helps women to disrupt their old narratives and give space for a new story to emerge.
We will go beyond the common rules of the default environment which often doesn’t allow our unique voice to be heard.
During the retreat we will explore the events that have made and shaped us into the women we are and we will reinvent the way we share ourselves with the world.

After the retreat, you join the DoubleYou tribe which includes entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders. As part of the community, you are invited to attend monthly meetings and participate in our give-forward initiatives, in which we support underprivileged girls to build a career and reimagine their future selfs based on their real desires beyond the constraints.

WHO IS THE LEADING TEAM?
The retreat is led by a team of at least 10 women that are experts in different fields with a strong background in a vast range of experience creation: from professional ideas execution, to body healing processes, female and money relationship, envisioning your career and life's next steps and a series of other workshops that will take you out of your default life and autopilot.
