We restlessly design experiences and moments that will take you out of numbness. Our tribe functions as a constant reminder of our deepest desires and our vision for the world we deserve to live in. We want more women to connect to their inner fire and wake up to their powers.
THIS IS WHY IT ALL STARTED.
DoubleYou started with two main leaders: Narkis and Sarah. After 3 years, Heila and Stephie joined them, and together they started rethinking how DoubleYou could live and breathe its values starting by the backbone of the organization. This is how the idea of having a decentralized team of women that are actively co-leading the community came to life. Since then, Maayan Ivgi, Tal Shavit, Nilli Donner and Maayan Sanderovitz have joined the main team in order to bring a dynamic work style and make from this community a powerhouse of feminine leadership.

NARKIS ALON
Narkis Alon is the Co-Founder of DoubleYou, before that she Co-Founded Ze-Ze.org and Elevation Academy. She is the podcast host of Playing with Fire and is an international speaker, consultant, and facilitator for organizations in academic institutes across the world.

SARAH REIFSCHNEIDER
Sarah is the Co-founder of DoubleYou. With a master's in conflict resolution and mediation and one in expressive arts therapy, she has developed her own practice of helping women and children who have experienced trauma and conflict.

Stephie is an entrepreneur and relentless innovator, Co-founder of Unboxable, and creator of Science of Lostness. Her passion for disruption and creativity is combined with her experience in detecting trends at early stages, which makes her an expert in redesigning futures.

Maayan Ivgi is a space holder, an event producer, a holistic therapist, and a yoga practitioner. She is an expert in crafting creative events, guiding people through meaningful experiences, and is a master in the small details.

Heila is a Project Manager, social and environmental entrepreneur. She leads companies and teams to execute their vision while enabling them to create impact. Experience with culturally diverse startups, corporates and NGOs. Worked in Israel, USA, Ethiopia, Costa Rica. Passionate about improving lives of marginalized populations.

TAL SHAVIT
Tal is a 'heartrepreneur' and pollinator, Co-founder of numerous social ventures in edtech, Medtech, women's empowerment, sexual health, and arts. She has worked at McKinsey & Co., the Israeli parliament, Seeds of Peace, and Midburn. Her current focus is the future models of work, economical-political systems, and feminine leadership.

MAAYAN SANDEROVITZ ESHED
VP Operations at Sayata, a leader of She-mentors program and an MA student in Gender and Women's Studies. Maayan is passionate about helping people and organizations be happy and realize their vision, alongside promoting social justice, equal opportunities and sustainability.

NILLI ALON DONNER
Nilli (mother of 3 shining stars) is pursuing her true passion to empower mothers to fulfill themselves. She co-founded VCforU, a platform that helps entrepreneurs pitch to investors. Nilli regularly gives workshops, mentors entrepreneurs, and leads DoubleYou. She was a programmer at SAP and a risk analyst.
